Michael Asaku-Yeboah, MS, LCADC, CRC, is a highly accomplished mental health and vocational rehabilitation professional with over 15 years of experience in disability management, addictions counseling, and workforce reintegration. As a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Disability Management Consultant, he has built a reputation for blending clinical expertise with practical workplace solutions, helping insurers and corporations achieve both cost savings and improved employee outcomes.
He has partnered with leading organizations, including Amazon, Walmart (through Sedgewick), and Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services, where he designed and implemented programs that reduced disability claim durations, prevented escalation of cases, and saved millions in costs.
